  1. 300 g plain yogurt
  2. 1 tsp garlic paste
  3. 2 tsp ground cumin
  4. 2 tsp ground coriander
  5. salt and pepper to taste
  6. 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
  7. 1 tsp coriander seeds
  8. 1 tbsp olive oil
  9. fresh coriander to garnish
  1. Mix together yogurt, garlic paste, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt and pepper. Taste and adjust accordingly.
  2. Add sliced tomato and taste for seasoning again. Refrigerate for ~5-10 mins.
  3. Dry fry 1 tsp of coriander on a hot pan.
  4. Add 1 tbsp oil. Fry for a few seconds, then remove from the heat.
  5. Pour on top of the yoghurt and serve with fresh coriander.
