Spicy Beef Burrito

For this recipe, I used homemade tomato and pepper sauce — adjika, but it can be substituted with tomato chilli sauce.

Ingredients
  1. 1 tbsp olive oil
  2. 1 onion, finely chopped
  3. 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  4. 300 g minced beef
Seasonings
  1. 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  2. 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  3. 1/2 tsp paprika
  4. 1 tsp ground cumin
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  7. ~
  8. 4 tbsp adjika sauce
  9. 1x160 g can sweet corn
  10. 80 g grated mozzarella cheese
  11. bunch of fresh dill, chopped
  12. 3 spring onions, finely chopped
  13. 4 tortilla wraps
  14. 4 tsp ketchup
  15. 2 tsp mustard
  16. 4 lettuce leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat the oil and fry onion and garlic until soft.
  2. Add the minced beef and fry until brown.
  3. Add all seasonings and adjika sauce. Fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in sweat corn, mozzarella cheese, spring onions and dill.
  5. Remove from the heat, cover with the lid and leave for a couple of minutes until the cheese is melted.
  6. Spread 1 tsp ketchup and 1/2 tsp mustard over the tortilla wrap.
  7. Put 2 tbsp of the beef mixture.
  8. Top with 1 leaf of lettuce and roll the tortilla.
