Ingredients
  1. 90 g caster sugar
  2. 90 g butter, softened
  3. 90 g self-raising flour
  4. 3 eggs
  5. 100 g dark chocolate
  6. writing icing
Instructions
  1. Heat the oven to 180C.
  2. Mix together all ingredients for pop cakes.
  3. Spoon the batter in a pop cake baking mould. Cover with a top half of the mould. Bake for 25 minutes. Set aside to cool down completely.
  4. Melt the chocolate in a microwave.
  5. Dip a pop stick in the melted chocolate, then prick the pop cake.
  6. Cover the pop cake with chocolate. Set aside to let the chocolate to solidify.
  7. Decorate the pop cakes with a writing icing.
