Ingredients
  1. 600 g wild mushrooms (shiitake, oyster, button mushrooms)
  2. 40 g salt
  3. 30 g white sugar
  4. 4 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
  5. 5-10 bay leaves
  6. 1 tbsp whole black pepper
  7. 1/2 tbsp cloves
  8. 200 ml white vinegar (9%)
  9. 2 L water
Instructions
  1. Thoroughly wash the mushrooms, place in a large pan and pour over 1 L water.
  2. Bring to boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 50 min.
  3. Drain. Place in the same pan, pour over 1 l clean water, place the remaining ingredients, bring to boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 50 min.
  4. Remove from the heat and let it cool down.
  5. Place in a jar and keep in a fridge.
Notes
  1. Marinate mushrooms can be kept in fridge for quite a while.
