Ingredients
  1. 6 boiled eggs
  2. 300 g mayonnaise
  3. 1 onion, finely chopped
  4. 2 cans of red salmon
  5. 2 carrots, boiled and grated
  6. 100 g grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Peel the eggs. Separate egg whites from yolks.
  2. Grate the egg yolks. Save for later.
  3. Grate the egg whites and layer a large shallow dish. Spread the mayonnaise.
  4. Layer chopped onion and spread the mayonnaise.
  5. Layer chopped salmon and spread the mayonnaise.
  6. Layer grated carrot and spread the mayonnaise.
  7. Layer grated egg yolks. Chill before serving.
