Ingredients
  1. 300 g chicken breast fillet
  2. 50 ml milk
  3. 1 egg
  4. 15 g butter
  5. 1/2 shallot onion
  6. 2 tsp dried parsley
  7. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  8. generous pinch of salt and pepper
  9. 50 g cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes (optional)
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients except for cheese.
  2. Stir in the cheese.
  3. Place 2 tbsp of mixture on a piece of cling film and shape sausages.
  4. Tie up the edges.
  5. Place in a boiling water and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Notes
  1. Prepare the sausages in advance and store in a freezer.
  2. After sausages are cooked, fry them in a little oil.
