Ingredients
  1. 4 slices of halloumi cheese
  2. 2 tortilla wraps
  3. 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  4. 2 lettuce leaves
  5. 1 sliced tomato
  6. 2 slices of chicken breast
  7. black ground pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Dry-fry halloumi until golden brown.
  2. Spoon 1/2 tsp mustard over tortilla, place 1 leaf of lettuce, then 1 slice of chicken breast, tomato slice and 2 pieces of halloumi cheese.
  3. Season with black pepper.
  4. Roll then halve the wrap. Serve.
