Garlic Salt

This very simple recipe for garlic salt I knew from my mother-in-law. No meal is without this salt on the table. The garlic salt can be added directly to the meal or while cooking.

Keep it in a jar at room temperature or in a fridge for a very long time..like very long…

Ingredients
  1. 100 g salt
  2. 30 g garlic
  3. dried herbs to taste (optional)
Instructions
  1. Peel the garlic, cut into chunks and thoroughly grind with a pestle and mortar.
  2. In a bowl mix together salt and garlic.
  3. Add dried herbs if using. Transfer to a jar and voila!
