- 1 tbsp salted butter with herbs, melted
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 french baguette
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Mix together the butter, oil, garlic and pepper.
- Make deep cuts in the baguette (don't go all the way through, just to the bottom crust).
- Brush with the butter-oil mixture between each slice and the top.
- Wrap the baguette in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
