Ingredients
  1. 300 g scallops
  2. 1 onion, finely chopped
  3. 1/4 tsp onion salt
  4. 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  5. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  6. 1 tbsp dried parsley
  7. 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  8. 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
Instructions
  1. Place the scallops in a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix gently.
  2. Heat a large saucepan, add the scallops and fry for a couple of minutes turning halfway. Serve immediately.
