Ingredients
  1. 100 g softened butter
  2. 50 g icing sugar
  3. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  4. 1 tbsp Earl Grey loose tea
  5. 120 g plain flour
  6. 30 g cornstarch
Instructions
  1. Cream the butter and icing sugar.
  2. Stir in the vanilla extract and tea.
  3. Add the flour and cornstarch and mix well.
  4. Place the dough in cling film and form a long squared shape sausage. Chill for at least 30 min.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Line baking tray with a parchment.
  6. Cut the dough into 1 cm slices, place on the parchment lined baking tray and bake for 15 minutes. Cool on a wired rack.
