  1. 1/4 cup rolled oats
  2. 150 ml water
  3. 100 ml milk
  4. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  5. 1-2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  6. 1/4 tsp instant coffee
  7. pinch of salt
  8. 30 g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
  9. chopped pistachios to garnish
  1. Toast the oats for a couple of minutes on a hot dry pan.
  2. Finely blend them and put in a small saucepan.
  3. Pour over water and milk, add cinnamon, vanilla sugar, instant coffee and a pinch of salt.
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 5-10 minutes stirring constantly until creamy.
  5. Prepare two glasses or bowls.
  6. Put ~3 tbsp of hot porridge, sprinkle over chocolate chunks.
  7. Top with more porridge, sprinkle over the chocolate chunks.
  8. Repeat until reach the top of the glass or bowl.
  9. Top with chopped pistachios.
