Ingredients
  1. 75 g cauliflower
  2. 75 g cod fillet
  3. 1 small shallot onion, finely chopped
  4. 1 garlic clove, crushed
  5. 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  6. 1 egg
  7. 1/2 tbsp cornflour
  8. 1/2 tbsp creme fraiche or plain yogurt
  9. salt and pepper to taste
  10. olive oil for frying
Instructions
  1. Divide cauliflower in florets and cook until ready. Cool down then cut into small pieces.
  2. Wash the fish fillet, pat dry and chop in small pieces.
  3. In a large bowl combine all ingredients except for oil.
  4. Heat the oil in a saucepan, place 1 tbsp of fish mixture and fry from both sides until golden brown.
