Cocoa And Orange Energy Bars

- 120 g dates, pitted, soaked in water for 2 hours and drained
- 120 g cashew nuts
- 45 g raisins
- 3 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp orange zest
- 6 tsp of orange juice
- Puree all ingredients using blender.
- Cover a square form with a cling film, place batter and flatten using the back of the tablespoon or palette knife.
- Chill for a couple of hours, then take out, cut into bars and wrap each bar in a piece of cling film. Store in a fridge.
