  1. 120 g dates, pitted, soaked in water for 2 hours and drained
  2. 120 g cashew nuts
  3. 45 g raisins
  4. 3 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  5. 1/2 tsp orange zest
  6. 6 tsp of orange juice
  1. Puree all ingredients using blender.
  2. Cover a square form with a cling film, place batter and flatten using the back of the tablespoon or palette knife.
  3. Chill for a couple of hours, then take out, cut into bars and wrap each bar in a piece of cling film. Store in a fridge.
