Ingredients
  1. 200 g digestive biscuits
  2. 30 g walnut pieces
  3. 100 g butter, softened
  4. 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  5. 1/2 cup sugar
  6. 50 g dark chocolate, melted
  7. 3 tbsp Baileys
  8. 2-3 tbsp icing sugar
Instructions
  1. Place the biscuits in a plastic bag. Cover with a kitchen towel and crush with a rolling pin.
  2. Combine the crushed biscuits and walnut pieces.
  3. Beat the butter cocoa powder and sugar and light and fluffy.
  4. Stir in melted chocolate.
  5. Add the Baileys or amaretto liqueur.
  6. Stir in the biscuits and walnuts in few steps.
  7. Put the chocolate mixture in a cling film or a plastic bag. Give it a shape of a big sausage. Cover with a foil and shape again.
  8. Place in a freezer for at least 3 hours.
  9. Unwrap the foil and remove the cling film. Cover with an icing sugar. Slice and serve.
