These little treaties are so simple to make and looks gorgeous. Keep them in fridge.

Ingredients
  1. 125 g dark chocolate
  2. 2 tbsp amaretto liqueur
  3. 40 g unsalted butter
  4. 50 g icing sugar
  5. 50 g ground almonds
  6. 50 g desiccated coconut
Instructions
  1. Melt dark chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of hot water.
  2. Add amaretto liqueur.
  3. Stir in butter.
  4. Mix in the icing sugar and ground almonds.
  5. Remove the bowl from the saucepan and leave the mixture to cool for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Roll 20 balls and coat with the desiccated coconut.
  7. Place the truffles in paper sweet cases and chill for at least 1 hour.
