Ingredients
  1. 150 g goat cheese
  2. 1 tsp dried basil
  3. 1 tsp dried thyme
  4. 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  5. small bunch of fresh parsley, finely chopped
  6. pinch of salt
  7. 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
  8. 2 chicken breast fillet
Instructions
  1. Mash the goat cheese with a fork.
  2. Add the rest ingredients, except the chicken breast. Mix well.
  3. Pound the chicken breasts.
  4. Spread the filling and roll the chicken breasts.
  5. Wrap in a foil (shining side down).
  6. Half fill a pan with water, bring to a boil, place the chicken roll. Reduce the heat, cover with a lid.
  7. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
