Ingredients
  1. 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  2. 4 chicken drums or thighs
  3. 2 medium onions
  4. 3-4 garlic cloves
  5. 2 tsp paprika
  6. 1 tbsp cornflour
  7. 3 tbsp soured cream / creme fraiche / cooking cream
  8. salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Thoroughly wash the chicken. Remove skin.
  2. Heat oil in a saucepan and fry chicken until golden brown.
  3. Finely chop onions and garlic.
  4. Add to the saucepan, fry for 1 min constantly stirring. Add 5-6 ladles of water or chicken stock.
  5. Stir in the paprika. Simmer until onion is soft. Add more water or stock if required.
  6. Mix cornflour with a little cold water and pour in the saucepan. Stir constantly until sauce thickens.
  7. Stir in 3 tbsp of cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Simmer a few more minutes. Remove from the heat.
