Ingredients
  1. 2 large chicken breasts (~200 g)
  2. 1 onion, peeled
  3. 1 bay leaf
  4. 3 slices white bread
  5. 3 handful walnuts (~100 g)
  6. 2 garlic cloves
  7. salt, paprika, chilli pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Cook the chicken in a boiling water along with the whole onion and bay leaf.
  2. Remove the onion and bay leaf, drain, reserve the stock. Set aside to cool down.
  3. Tear the chicken in small pieces.
  4. Remove the bread crust. Crumble and pour over the chicken stock (~50-100 ml).
  5. Chop finely the walnuts.
  6. Crush the garlic.
  7. Combine the chicken, soaked bread, walnuts and garlic.
  8. Season with salt, paprika and chilli pepper.
  9. Garnish with walnut pieces, fresh herbs. Serve with warm bread.
